The split-level suites feature two bedrooms, a living area with a fireplace, and balconies with Matterhorn views. All rooms include a minibar with free soft drinks, a Nespresso machine, and Wi-Fi. Bathrooms come with either a shower or bathtub, and select rooms have heated floors.

Dining & Drinks

The hotel serves a breakfast buffet with regional specialties like dried meats from their own farm and homemade birch muesli. Dinner includes a 5-course menu with seasonal ingredients at Restaurant Alpenhof or the traditional Swiss Restaurant Schäferstube. Guests can enjoy cocktails in the piano bar with live music or fine whiskys and cigars in the Cigar Lounge.

Wellness & Activities

Location & Transport

The hotel is in central Zermatt, opposite the Sunnegga Cable Car Station and a 10-minute walk from the village center. Zermatt has no cars; guests arrive by train and use the hotel's free e-taxi transfer from the station. The Gornergrat Railway and Glacier Ride provide access to 38 nearby 4,000-meter peaks.
